Are the power products certified?

Yes, all of our products are certified and will have the appropriate markings on the products.

What's the difference between power strips and surge protectors?

Both surge protectors and power strips allow you to charge multiple devices by using one wall outlet. The difference comes when there is a surge, or a short spike in voltage, and a surge protector has the capabilities to block or short any excess voltage from getting to your device. For many large or expensive electronics, it is suggested you use a surge protector to protect your device from potential damage. A power strip does not have this capability and only supplies you with more power outlets, which can be useful for smaller appliances and devices.

Is it normal that my power strip is heating up?

It is normal for a little heat to be emitted from the product, but it shouldn't be too hot to handle. In this case, please stop using the product and contact our support channel for more help.
