Yes, you can still use your phone's own zoom while using AUKEY lenses.
There may be no issue keeping the phone case on, but to avoid black edges on the edge of the photos and having a more secure clip, it is best to remove the phone case when using the lens kit.
Our lenses are made with aluminum alloy and multi-element coated glass optics.
