Decent, but no [****] support

This is an OK product. It works well enough, though because of the placement of the little control box, you may not be able to orient the pad the way you want if your laptop also needs to sit on the pad. The biggest concern I have is the fact that [****] appears to have zero customer support for their products - they have ignored multiple attempts by me to reach them over several weeks. So don't buy anything expecting to get any help from [****]!
