Earphone very practic, working very good love it

They are even sending me a different style that may not hurt ears as much. Cant wait to get them!****** I bought two pair of these, one for me and one for my boyfriend. I would have given a full 5 stars because mine are great. They stay in my ears well, the sound is great and I can't hear my kids when they are in (which is always a plus with having 3 of them and tons of neighborhood kids). They are sort of big in my ear, not in a way like they fall out, but in a way that my ears get a little achy if they are in there for a long time. Other than that, I love these as my Airpod Pro back up. The exception here is that the pair my boyfriend got is all of the above, except the tips pop off in his ear when he removes the earbuds. He tried all the different size tips and it happened with them all. the other day though, he used mine because he is always putting his down and then can't find them, and my small tips did not pop off in his ear when he took it out. I think we will be contacting customer service to see if they have any ideas. Otherwise, he loves these. I bought them when they were having a great sale on them so we couldn't beat the price either.

Customer Service goes a long way!! Had an issue with one set and the seller reached out and def made things right. New set works great and sounds great especially at a low price !! I would buy again for sure

When I first ordered, I could not get them to pair and was very frustrated. I returned them only to be contacted by the seller who went out of their way to make sure they made my purchase right. I received a new pair of these, got them paired, and am listening... When I first ordered, I could not get them to pair and was very frustrated. I received a new pair of these, got them paired, and am listening to music now on them with no issues. I am very happy with the service I received, the product that I got on replacement, and have to admit - this really shows that customer services is key with this vendor. Thank you! :)
